Fruit Flan

其實我自己都不知道什麼是 Fruit Flan，只知道是有點像 pie 的樣子，而且好好味道。所以當我知道我 2nd last class 的 baking lesson 會焗 Furit Flan 時，我真的很開心呀！ ^^
原來 flan 是指有水果的圓形餡餅 or 海綿蛋糕。我星期六那天帶著很期待的心情回到學校，誰知才到教室，我先醒起我忘了帶一個最重要的東西 - 個 flan 模。沒有模，怎麼可以焗個 flan 出來呢？我當然第一時間慘叫啦！然之後我就立即衝到阿 Sir 前想問他怎辦？我都還沒開口，他已經說： "Sorry, I can't help you." 他還說當然知道我想問什麼，因為他一早已聽到我慘叫了。我真的很瘀和大頭蝦啦！但接著他就小聲的告訴我話可以借兩個模給我，但就千萬不可告訴別人。但最後我都沒有用到他的模，因為我的 partner 和朋友每人都差了一個模子。結果這個「買模行動」重任就落在我的好拍檔身上，她用 9 秒 9 的速度跑去買東西，來回都不過 10 分鐘，她是不是很厲害呢？ ^_^
話明係 Fruit Flan，當然就有水果啦！主角就是 Strawberry and Kiwi Fruit，配角就是 Peach - 礶頭個種，嘻嘻。我這種連刀也拿得不好的人，一定要班救兵啦！所以我的朋友 M 就在這時發揮作用了。幫我批其異果皮啦，切士多啤梨啦，我？咪就"係咁二"揸住把刀切 D canned peaches 囉。沒有她，我想到放學時我都未可以走。哈哈！之後我就用我的藝術修養，把水果放在蛋糕上，兩個 Fruit Flan 就完成了！真係好鬼靚同好味呀！仲有，要多謝 M 都 K 的幫助呢！

Recently......

*Sigh*
What a bad week I have recently! My villages are being attacked all the time lately, and I even made a tough decision - to close my very first account. That's really sad, coz I have put a lot of time and effort into this account and make it into such a big village. Oh well, what can I do, some *JERKS* keep on attacking me, and the fact is that I am not as strong as them. That's really means "大石壓死蟹"~ Even worst thing is that my only reminding account is being attacked too. If I can't stand it anymore, I may as well delete this account. Luckily is that I am not as enthusiastic in this game as before. So, when I know that I was attacking by someone else, I won't be as mad as in the beginning when I started this game long time ago. Hahahaa~ (What a way to comfort myself! Heheee). And now comes to the worst thing. My back and waist has been hurting since last week, and it is not going away!! It's almost 2 week times and the medicine that I am taking is not helping me much. = ="
I can hardly sit or move or walk~ ARGH!!! When will the pain disappear? Now, Mel, I do believe bad things come in 3s!

Please........

I heard the news saying that school may resume on Friday, and that really SCARES me! The stupid school site has never updated instantly! So right now, I am just like floating in the cloud, and any minute can fall down! Why? That's because I haven't finished study for my Law mid-term! It was suppose to be written on the first day of the Law class that we meet, which is Friday!! My friend told me not to worry, coz it's impossible for us to go back to school while both parties have not come to an agreement. However, they do agree at getting an arbitrator, so that means school will resume any minute. Oh, please, not Friday!!! Monday will be a perfect day to start again. So, PLEASE, absolutely not Friday!!!

Swiss Roll~~~

Swiss Roll? 瑞士卷是也。但我今天做的不是港式瑞士卷，是西式的。首先要焗一塊海綿蛋糕，但是焗完出來後，我卻覺得塊蛋糕硬了一點，和老師的不同。我最鍾意就是接下來這 part，因為可以捲 sushi。先塗上一層 Raspberry jam，然後再 spread 一層 cream 上去，就可以捲了。Surprisingly，我捲得都不錯喎，哈哈。之後就在蛋糕上滿滿的塗上 cream。但是 masking 始終是我弱項，都是弄不好。好明顯，我又再用遮醜這一招啦！今次唔用朱古力碎，改用杏仁碎。哈！立即又變咗靚仔。嘻嘻，最後擠上朱古力醬，就做好了！

聽落好似好容易，但係一 D 都唔容易呢！我完全就覺得我地面上有好多籮蟹了，點解？倒瀉籮蟹囉！哈哈！捲蛋糕時又捲爛，到沾杏仁碎時又把整條蛋糕跌反了在枱上，搞到辛辛苦苦鋪得靚靚的 cream 全都沒了，又要再搽過，激死我！卒之到放學時才勉強完成，另外一條捲都還沒有淋上朱古力醬！上次黑森林蛋糕就雞手鴨腳，今次就倒瀉籮蟹，唉！下次就不知是什麼了。哈哈！

罷工，罷完了沒有？

Oh, this has been the second week of the strike~ I really don't understand, why are the teachers complaining they have too much workload, while they only have like 30 to 35 students in a class. Frankly speaking, they should have go to Hong Kong or China to have a look of the teachers working in there. They have more than 40 students in a class and they sure have more things to do! Besides, I get used to have over 40 students in a class, and there seems not a problem. Oh well, I just hope the strike will be over soon, coz it is really disturbing! I am such a lazy bump, and I keep playing everyday instead of studying! Oh geeze, I still have to finish a Finance assignment, and study for the Law mid-term. I better get myself to work! Heheee~~~

黑森林蛋糕

嘩！我好犀利呀！竟然可以做到黑森林蛋糕呀！嗰樣仲可以呃得下人呢！味道都好好，今堂真係好有成就感呀！哈哈哈哈！！

不過呢，焗個蛋糕不難，難就難在 masking of the cake。即是在蛋糕上鋪層 cream，我弄了很久也弄不好，終於弄到發脾氣，馬馬虎虎地了事，然後再在蛋糕旁邊圍上很多很多的朱古力碎來遮醜，嘻嘻。到最後就擠上花花和放車厘子做裝飾，完成！即刻成個靚哂！

我遲一點要再試做！希望可以做一個更好的出來！

Piped Spritz Cookies

哈哈~ 今期要向大家介紹的甜品，就是 Piped Spritz Cookies 了。這種 Cookies 是源於 Germany，應可算是比較傳統的甜品吧！賣相就係差少少的了，沒辦法，我做的就是這個樣子的了，誰叫我少了點東西在 Cooking 方面？嘻嘻。不過睇落我又幾有藝術天份喎，可以做到 D 咁形狀出來，又可以用朱古力漿灑到這麼漂亮的花紋。哈哈！
不過我就覺得味道 ok，但就不太喜歡，因為有少許重的 Lemon 味。我還是比較喜歡港式 Cookies, 因為牛油味較重和香。 Yummy！！
